eye—witness is a packaging project for those interested in shooting photographs with film. However, it is more than that. It is meant to be a low-pressure way to explore your world in a fun and exciting way. The eye–witness kit includes a camera, three rolls of film, and three notebooks (one for each roll) to encourage reflection.
Once the film has been used it is mailed to be developed, and then prints and negatives are mailed back to the photographer. After waiting and wondering how the photos turned out, receiving them is like a gift in itself. The photos can then be taped in the film journal accompanied by written reflections. In this ever-increasing digital world, the eye–witness film journals become a special physical collection of a time period in your life.
